Our Story

Livebird Group’s origins trace to 2016, when its founding Principal, Robert Gonpou Mesleh, Jr., began delivering independent consulting services to international development organizations operating in Liberia under the Livebird Innovations name. The initial engagements were research and evaluation contracts with Equip Liberia, supporting baseline and endline studies for the Integrated Ebola Recovery Project across four counties — Gbarpolu, Margibi, Montserrado, and Nimba.

These foundational assignments — which ran consecutively from 2016 through 2019 — established the methodological rigor, field implementation capacity, and client relationships that would define the company’s DNA.

In June 2025, the company was formally incorporated as Livebird Group, LLC, unifying three service divisions under a single brand. Today, Livebird Group stands as a 100% Liberian-owned enterprise serving government agencies, NGOs, development partners, businesses, and educational institutions with technical rigor, evidence-based solutions, and total transparency.

The name “Livebird” embodies the spirit of the enterprise: dynamic, adaptive, and always in motion — just like the vision it serves.
